Software Test Analyst/QA Analyst – South Yorkshire

As a passionate Grad or Junior QA, you will own tickets during each sprint, ensuring they meet the highest standards before they go live. You will write test plans, document findings and give valuable feedback that helps improve functionality and user experience.

You will also be involved in manual and automated regression testing, report bugs, escalating major issues and spotting opportunities for performance and UI/UX improvements. Your insights will be key to ensuring the software not only works well but feels great to use.

Either you have some commercial exposure in Software Testing (Manual or Automation) or you are a Graduate with a tech‑related degree, with a good understanding of QA. You might even have a solid foundation in IT or software development – ideally with a relevant qualification to back it up. You should feel confident diving into requirements, spotting what needs testing and thinking critically about how things work.

Strong communication skills are a must. If you can explain your thoughts clearly and approach problems with a strategic mindset, you will fit right in.
