crackers Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Dev Ops Technical Business Analyst to support a portfolio of projects by assisting existing Dev Ops staff. The role involves analysis, planning, data extraction, application build, testing, migration, and post-live support, requiring strong technical expertise and experience with Dev Ops tools.
What you will do:
- Support a portfolio of projects by assisting Dev Ops teams with analysis, planning, data extraction, application build, testing, migration, and post-live support.
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git Hub, Nexus/Sonatype, and CI/CD build and deployment tooling (Jenkins, Ansible).
- Apply monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Map, document, and analyze process flows to identify opportunities for automation and optimization within a Dev Ops context.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across a large matrix organization to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide problem-solving and adaptability in troubleshooting incidents and developing effective solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in software delivery within banking, finance, or fintech environments.
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst with exposure to Dev Ops practices and tools.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Git Hub, Nexus/Sonatype, CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Ansible), and monitoring/logging tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Broad knowledge of IT controls and best practices.
- Experience in process improvement and automation within a Dev Ops context.
- Familiarity with database concepts and ability to query and analyze data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
