You’ll be a key part of the technical support function, ensuring customers telecommunications services run smoothly and reliably. From diagnosing VoIP and network issues to proactively improving system performance, you’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping critical services operational.

• Providing high-quality technical support across telecoms, VoIP and networking environments
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting network and voice platform issues
• Monitoring customer systems and maintaining performance standards
• Carrying out system checks, updates and preventative maintenance
• Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve recurring issues
• Keeping accurate case notes and technical documentation
• Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practice

• Experience supporting VoIP platforms and network infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Confidence using network diagnostics and analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical users
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and work independently
