**** Position Overview
** The Technology Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Would be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and projects
** Key Responsibilities*
* • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and projects.
• Drive multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, QA, architecture, Dev Ops, and product.
• Ensure delivery governance, risk management, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication including senior leadership, business partners, and external vendors.
• Oversee project financials, resource allocations, and delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Hybrid delivery frameworks and best practices.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight for delivery teams.
** Required Skills & Experience*
* • 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or engineering leadership.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Dev Ops, and cloud-native delivery environments.
• MUST HAVE:
Strong Payments domain experience (e.g., card payments, real‑time payments, clearing & settlement, ISO 20022, SWIFT).
• Experience working in global, multi‑location delivery models.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security requirements (preferred for financial services).
** Preferred Qualifications*
* • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience with financial services, digital transformation, or cloud modernization initiatives.
