Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Developer (Outside IR35)

Contract Type: Outside IR35

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Duration: 3-6 months

Rate: Upto £600 per day

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Developer with a strong background in One Lake and Azure Synapse to join a high profile project. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, integration, and advanced analytics within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and One Lake.
• Integrate and optimize data pipelines leveraging Azure Synapse for enterprise level reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust data models and dashboards.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on modern data platform capabilities.

Essential

Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI development.
• Strong hands-on experience with One Lake and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, DAX, and ETL processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
