• Build and ship production AI systems including RAG pipelines and AI agents
• Work end to end across backend, infrastructure and AI

• 5+ Years professional software experience (Python)
• Excellent Educational Background (BSc, MSc, PhD - 2.1 or higher)
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI applications
• Comfortable moving fast in high ambiguity environments
