There’s a lot of noise around AI right now. Everyone’s talking about it. Few are actually doing it — properly, at enterprise scale. This company is one of the few that are. They’re a leader in Customer Experience Transformation, helping some of the world’s biggest brands turn their AI and automation ambitions into real, measurable outcomes. Think less hype, more delivery.

This isn’t a delivery role. It’s a new business solutions role — shaping what’s possible for clients and helping them take that first step into intelligent CX transformation.

You’ll:

• Lead discovery sessions with new prospects to uncover real AI and automation opportunities.
• Design and validate scalable AI architectures — secure, commercially viable, and easy to sell.
• Present solutions that translate technical capability into business outcomes that make sense.
• Be the technical authority in the sales cycle — the person clients trust to know what works.
• Mentor and guide others as the market evolves (fast).

• A track record of selling into technical environments — ideally AI, automation, or cloud infrastructure.
• Real understanding of Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands‑on familiarity with tools like Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, or equivalent.
• Comfortable with APIs, microservices, and automation platforms (RPA, LLMs, etc.).
• The commercial confidence to talk value, not just technology.

You’ll be joining a business that’s defining what AI means in customer experience — not just reacting to trends, but setting them. Expect to work directly with household‑name clients, shape big projects, and be part of a team that’s genuinely ahead of the market.

• Up to £100K base, double OTE
