Our client operates a flexible resource pool across their General Insurance portfolio, and therefore you could be involved in driving the following types of large-scale transformation activity:

• Major platform upgrades and SaaS adoption
• M&A and technology integration
• Technology innovation, harnessing GenAI, Automation and data
• Enhancing pricing strategies and broker solutions through digital technology

The position holder will have the ability to monitor and report on project progress and adherence to project plans, manage changes to the project scope, schedule and project costs using appropriate governance, whilst ensuring accurate project documentation control.

• Experience in shaping business outcomes and delivering business analysis activities for technology and business change projects with annual budgets of £1m - £5m. We’ll ask you some questions on the application form to gauge this.
• Experience working within a highly regulated, financial services environment.
• Some previous experience/knowledge of insurance enterprise technologies, for example Snowflake, Guidewire, Salesforce, Earnix, ICE. Experience of emerging technologies such as GenAI, Automation and Digital and Data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable with facilitation and liaison with a broad spectrum of stakeholders. Comfortable leading, negotiating and influencing to challenge and inspire changes as necessary.
• Detailed knowledge and experience of application of business analysis tools and techniques.
