We are seeking a delivery-focused Risk and Control Solution Analyst to act as a key liaison between Control Owners, Control Operators, Application Engineering teams, and relevant Architecture stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical capability, technical understanding, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex, highly regulated enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating control-driven business requirements into clear, deliverable technical specifications while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks. Experience delivering data-centric and technical solutions is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and system relationships.
• Solid understanding of common technologies, including databases, server infrastructure, and user interface design principles.
• Ability to challenge constructively and drive improvements in existing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Experience working within financial services or other regulated industries.

• Experience supporting data-driven transformation or control automation initiatives.
