About

the role

As a senior technology adoption manager, you play a key role in ensuring staff can confidently and effectively use the organisation’s digital tools, particularly Microsoft 365 and Copilot. You manage and work with a technology adoption specialist to design and deliver training, maintain high‑quality support materials, and develop targeted communication and engagement approaches. You represent the Digital Technology function at business meetings and forums.

you

We’re looking for someone with experience driving adoption of digital tools and services, with a strong focus on improving user capability and confidence. A proven ability to design and deliver training, workshops, and self‑service-learning materials is essential.
