A leading IT consultancy is seeking a Data Provisioning & Reconciliation Analyst to help migrate HR and Payroll data from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Cloud HCM. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to ensure data reconciliation, manage new datasets, and establish data cleansing processes. Essential qualifications include experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities.

This hybrid role can be based in Havant, Reading, or Thatcham and offers a 3-month duration with possible extension.
