).This role will be based on site.
This position is a 12 month fixed-term contract
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the contract with accurate, timely, and meaningful data. Your analysis will help us monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver a high-quality service to our client.
You’ll also contribute to our sustainability goals by supporting digital automation, reducing waste, and improving resource efficiency. This is a role where your work genuinely makes a difference, operationally, strategically, and environmentally.
What You’ll Do- Develop reports and dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance monitoring.
- Support ad hoc data requests from operational teams and management.
- Enhance GIS mapping tools to support contract tracking, clashing and planning.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and innovation capture.
- Promote a data-driven culture across the team and provide support where needed
- Liasing with subcontractors to ensure programming data is up to date.
- Use digital tools for contract information and clash detection.
- Streamline processes to improve programming and productivity.
- Support digital tools such as Power Apps and SharePoint.
- Assist with dynamic planning to maximise operational efficiency.
- Support ongoing improvements within the team.
- Build digital capability across the wider team.

What You’ll Bring- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple data sources and maintain data quality
- Confidence working with digital tools and mapping systems
- A collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement
- An aptitude for IT and systems developments
- Experience with GIS is desirable
- Be able to work both independently and collaboratively to design and implement systems and reports.
