Data Anonymisation Specialist

* Inside IR35 contract

* Sheffield office attendance required 1–2 days per month

* Immediate start preferred

We’re seeking an experienced Data Anonymisation Specialist to support a leading financial services client on an initial contract basis. This role will focus on identifying sensitive data, defining anonymisation approaches, and supporting data masking solutions across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Advising on data domains and identifying sensitive data

* Defining and implementing anonymisation and masking approaches

* Supporting data masking services and vendor engagement

* Performing data analysis and data masking techniques

* Working closely with technical stakeholders across the business

Requirements:

* Strong experience with data anonymisation and masking technologies

* Experience with writing and supporting Python code

* Experience with Delphix data masking or similar tooling

* Experience working in Azure or other cloud environment

* Experience in Financial Services or similar regulated sectors

The candidate must quickly adapt to new software usage and process, be self-motivated and work both individually and as part of a wider team.
