A consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a leading initiative within the UK Energy/Utilities sector. The firm is partnered with a multinational energy and services organisation that has spent over 200 years delivering energy solutions while placing people and sustainability at the heart of its operations.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline processes, and support enhancements to the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:- Work with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead workshops to elicit requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Create functional designs and process maps using Miro.
- Write high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria using Agile best practices.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements from Ofgem.
- Support Salesforce configuration, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery teams to refine requirements and support delivery.
Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
- Experience in process mapping and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of GDPR consent management in regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working as an individual contributor within delivery teams.
Experience:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Previous experience in the Energy/Utilities industry.
- Location:
Windsor, UK (Hybrid - 1 day onsite per week) - Duration: 6 months
- Start Date:
23 March 2026
- £400 per day (PAYE)
