About the Role

We are looking for a professional who combines the analytical rigour of a Business Analyst with the proactive, client‑focused approach of a Customer Success Manager. This role ensures customers adopt the Loqsea Technology Platform effectively and achieve measurable success and value from its use.

You will work at the intersection of product, technology, and client engagement
, translating client needs into actionable product requirements while driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success

  • Act as the primary customer advocate, ensuring clients achieve their goals and realise value from the platform.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation, including configuration, data setup, and training.
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks to retention or success.
  • Prepare and deliver customer‑friendly release updates, guides, and walkthroughs.

Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyse, and document client requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Help draft user stories and acceptance criteria for development team.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality functionality.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in client facing role with some experience in customer success and product development within financial or commodities trading environments.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives trading workflows and CTRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel for reporting and insights.
Beneficial Experience
  • Familiarity with customer success methodologies (e.g., success planning, health scoring).
  • Exposure to trading platforms such as TT, WebICE, or similar.
  • Understanding of system architecture or version control concepts.
