About the role

• Focused on business development within defence, especially UK MOD
• Build and maintain relationships with senior end-user stakeholders (ideally at 1
  * or 2
  * level)
• Identify early-stage opportunities and influence buying decisions
• Collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams
• Represent the company at industry events and contribute to strategic planning
• Existing network within MOD end-user organisations
• Able to navigate complex buying structures and influence key decision-makers
• Strong communicator with commercial and technical understanding
• Comfortable working in a small business environment with broad responsibility

Package

• Base salary: to £100,000 DOE
