This role sits at the intersection of AI agent development, solution engineering, and early product and business operations
. It is not about predefined playbooks or rigid, legacy processes. It is about building, testing, and scaling intelligent systems in close contact with real‑world constraints, and turning early technical capability into durable, production‑grade solutions for the infrastructure industry.

• Designing, building, and evolving AI agents and workflows that solve concrete problems in real estate, infrastructure, and construction
• Translating complex, ambiguous industry challenges into practical AI‑driven solutions
  , from early prototypes to deployable products
• Working hands‑on with early customers and partners to shape MVPs
  , validate use cases, and iterate rapidly
• Supporting early product, solution, and operational decisions as we scale the Autonomous Engineer platform
• Defining how AI is embedded into decision‑making, delivery models, and everyday workflows — not just proof‑of‑concepts
• Operating comfortably in ambiguity, moving between engineering, product, and problem‑solving as required

You may come from AI, engineering, data, product, or technical consulting. Titles matter less than mindset.

• You are deeply curious about AI agents, emerging models, and applied AI systems
  , and how they can be deployed responsibly at scale
• You are motivated by building and shipping
  , not just designing or theorising
• You think in systems and enjoy improving how things work, not merely optimising what already exists
• You are comfortable working early‑stage, with incomplete requirements, fast feedback loops, and real ownership
• You communicate clearly with both technical teams and senior industry stakeholders

CONSIGLI’s Autonomous Engineer is already changing how projects are developed, reducing uncertainty, cost, and environmental impact. This is applied AI operating in real delivery environments, not research in isolation.
