• Take ownership of the enterprise application catalogue – defining approved, retired, and upgrade paths.
• Prioritise updates and deployments, balancing security, compliance, and user impact.
• Oversee and optimise UEM / MDM tooling – Workspace ONE, Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM/MECM.
• Collaborate with Security to manage vulnerabilities, emergency patching, and compliance dashboards.
• Track vendor roadmaps, coordinate upgrades and end‑of‑support planning.
• Drive automation and efficiency using Power Shell, API integrations, and reporting tools.
• Act as the subject‑matter authority for application lifecycle governance across our EUC platforms.

• Proven experience in application or EUC lifecycle management (catalogue, updates, packaging oversight).
• Hands‑on knowledge of Workspace ONE, Intune, or SCCM/MECM.
• Strong understanding of patch and release governance within ITIL frameworks.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Scripting or automation experience (Power Shell, REST API, Bash).
• Excellent stakeholder skills – confident engaging vendors, IT Security, and end‑user teams.
• Active SC clearance (essential).
