Global Tech Collective Ltd is seeking a Head of IT Service Delivery to lead service delivery across multiple sites in the UK. This role involves owning service performance, managing teams, and enhancing IT visibility for business support.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in IT service functions, a solid understanding of ITIL practices, and strong stakeholder management skills. This position is an initial 6-month contract with an attractive rate of £600-650 OUTSIDE IR35.
