Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, you will guide customers through implementation, regulatory validation, and ongoing system optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full project delivery including scope, timelines, risk and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) in regulated environments
  • Act as SME for nuclear medicine LIMS solutions, supporting configuration and best practice
  • Deliver on‑site training, workshops, and user onboarding for customers
  • Support regulatory audits and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with software development teams to feedback customer requirements and support product improvements
  • Manage user acceptance testing, upgrades, and post‑go‑live support
  • Provide technical input into pre‑sales demonstrations, tenders, and customer proposals
About You
  • Strong background in radiopharmaceutical production or nuclear medicine environments
  • Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience delivering system implementations, validation, and customer training
  • Comfortable working on‑site with clinical, technical, and IT stakeholders
  • Able to act as a trusted technical advisor and SME

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist organisation at the forefront of nuclear medicine technology, supporting critical healthcare systems used globally.
