This role combines Service Management and Scrum Master duties for a Sheffield-based Higher Education platform on a 6-month temporary contract paying £500 per day (Inside IR35). The hybrid position splits responsibilities equally between operational service delivery and agile leadership.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day IT application service operations, managing incidents, problems, changes, and service performance while maintaining ITIL compliance.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams on Agile best practice, and support backlog refinement and future sprint planning.
- Strong ITSM / Service Delivery background.
- Solid experience with ITIL processes.
- Proven Scrum Master experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong JIRA knowledge.
- Higher Education / SITS experience is a bonus.
Hybrid (Sheffield) / Remote.
