• We need experience supporting intranet, employee portal, digital workplace or internal communications projects.
• We need someone who can work across multiple projects or work streams at the same time.
• We need strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and requirements gathering experience.
• We need experience producing business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and supporting documentation.
• We need someone comfortable working with technical teams, content owners, business users and senior stakeholders.
• We need experience supporting UAT, business readiness, adoption and rollout activity.

• Support a range of client projects, with an initial focus on an intranet project.
• Work across multiple work streams and pick up new areas quickly in a consulting‑style environment.
• Support the delivery of a new intranet by working with business users, technical teams and key stakeholders.
• Understand requirements and define user needs.
• Map current processes.
• Support delivery through design, testing and rollout.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Produce business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and supporting documentation.
• Support UAT, business readiness, adoption and rollout activity.

We are offering a Senior Business Analyst role based in Central London with hybrid working of 2 to 3 days per week on site. The rate is £390 per day inside IR35. We are seeking a flexible Senior BA who enjoys variety, works well with ambiguity and is comfortable supporting both business and technology focused projects across multiple client environments.
