Fragomen is seeking a proactive Lead Data Analyst to head the development of standardised reporting and capacity planning for Shared Services, including Sheffield and US centres. You will guide data governance, analytics platforms and cross‑functional initiatives to improve efficiency and decision transparency.
You will mentor junior analysts, present insights to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement in BI capabilities across the organisation.
