• Like all scale‑ups it’s been a bit of a roller coaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission.

• Own and optimise Salesforce and key business systems across Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve operational processes and deliver scalable system solutions.
• Drive automation and AI‑powered efficiencies using Salesforce’s latest AI capabilities to improve workflows and business performance.
• Work in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment where you can influence strategy, solve real business problems and make a visible impact.

• Strong hands‑on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration and automation experience.
• Experience identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with experience managing integrations, working cross‑functionally and thriving in a changing environment.
