Waythrough is seeking a Data Training and Support Officer for the Gambling Prevention Team in the West Midlands. You will manage client information systems, ensure accurate data entry, process referrals, and generate performance reports to support service delivery.
You will train colleagues on system use, monitor data quality, and help ensure information governance and data protection across the service, contributing to high standards of support for service users.
