BI Developer -Healthcare

Job Brief: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and Tableau to join our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a strong background in developing BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making.

• Develop and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and Tableau to analyze and visualize healthcare data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design data models that meet business needs.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources to create meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports to present key performance indicators and trends in healthcare operations.
• Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability to support large datasets and user base.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies to continuously improve data analytics capabilities.

• Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of healthcare data.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions to identify and resolve performance issues in a timely manner.
• Document technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for BI development and implementation.
• Train end-users on how to use BI tools and interpret data visualizations effectively.

• 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with SQL, T-SQL, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
