Oversee and co-ordinatethe operational activities of the Service Desk, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service

Supporting Service Desk Analystsinday to daywork

Supporting IT critical incidents, liaising with key staff across DTS and the wider Hallam community

Providing excellent IT support for the university via all Service Desk channels.

You will be contractually enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) one of the largest and most generous defined benefit pension schemes in the country.
