ITM Power is hiring a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer in Sheffield to join our IT Team. You will provide day-to-day IT support across manufacturing and office locations in Sheffield and Europe, working with internal IT colleagues and external MSPs.
You will handle standard IT issues, manage user accounts, and assist with deployments, asset management and documentation while following ITIL processes and maintaining security practices.
