An established and highly respected not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the effective management, development and security of its digital infrastructure.

This is a varied and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to shape and improve technology services that support both staff and service users. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of core ICT systems, driving digital innovation, managing external technology suppliers, and promoting best practice in cyber security and information governance.

Working as part of the wider support services management team, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, secure and future-focused technology solutions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and develop the organisation's ICT systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure systems are secure, resilient and aligned with cyber security best practices.
• Monitor, investigate and resolve performance, capacity and security-related issues.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and technology improvements.
• Administer and develop platforms including:
  • Google Workspace
  • Telephony and video conferencing systems
