ICT Business Relationship Manager

This ICT Business Relationship Manager post sits in the Digital Transformation and Programme Service within ICT & Digital Innovation at Sheffield City Council. The role supports digital change across the council, working with enabling services to improve customer journeys and access to services. It covers a broad programme portfolio, from digital self-service and automation to data platforms, application modernisation and cyber security.

• Support the design and delivery of digital change across the council
• Work with enabling services to redesign customer journeys and remove barriers to access
• Contribute to programmes covering digital self-service, AI and automation, and data and insight
• Contribute to programmes covering business systems modernisation, infrastructure, connectivity and cyber security
• Contribute to programmes that build colleagues' digital skills and support adoption of new technology

• Full-time hours of 37 a week across 52 weeks
