Information Systems Officer 2nd line & Collections desk support

This Information Systems Officer post sits in the Digital Delivery Service within IT and Digital Innovation at Sheffield City Council, covering second line IT support alongside collections desk support. The service runs the council's networks, platforms, cyber security, service management and technology change programmes. The post is full-time at 37 hours, with reduced hours, part-time or job share open for discussion.

• Provide second line IT support
• Support the collections desk
• Deliver and support the council's digital infrastructure, networks and technology platforms
• Protect services through cyber security, information governance and risk management
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture and technology standards
• Provide ICT service management, operational support and continuous service improvement
