As a Junior 1st line support technician, you will spend the majority of the time troubleshooting and developing customers networks/applications. You will need to have proficient communication skills and high levels of customer service.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications particularly Office 365.
- Previous networking experience.
- Effective communication when escalating duties to 2nd line.
- Passion for all things Tech.
- Great team player and happy to work alone.
- Willingness to learn and progress into higher senior positions.
- Analytic and organisational skills.
