Position: Commercial Property Solicitor (Permanent)
Sue Ross Legal are seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client’s expending team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded legal professional to take on high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The Role:

You will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including:

* Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises

* Landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, and licenses

* Commercial developments and site acquisitions

* Property finance and secured lending

* Advising a wide range of clients from SMEs to investors and developers

The Ideal Candidate :

* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property

* Strong technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial conveyancing

* Excellent client care and communication skills

* Capable of managing a varied caseload independently

* A proactive, solution-focused approach with a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
