Litigation Executive / Associate, Volume EL/PL

Kennedys is seeking a dedicated Litigation Executive and Associate to join our dynamic team in Sheffield or Manchester.

This role involves working on complex and volume employers and public liability claims, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Our national practice serves personal injury claims from seven office locations across the UK. The Sheffield team ranks in the top tier for defendant personal injury by the legal directories. We act on complex and high‑profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross‑border quantum investigations via our international offices.

We avoid unnecessary lawyering and focus on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in‑house R&D capability and award‑winning product suite of technological and process innovations.

• Minimum of 2 years personal injury experience*
• Litigation experience is essential, preferably within EL/PL
