A Tier 2 Legal 500 law firm with a strong presence across the Thames Valley is seeking an experienced Real Estate / Commercial Property Lawyer to join its growing team.

This firm is recognised in the leading legal directories for its commercial property expertise and is consistently praised for its high-quality, partner-led service, collaborative culture and pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.

You will advise a broad and diverse client base across the full spectrum of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Commercial leasing (grants, renewals, assignments and underlettings)
• Options, conditional contracts and pre-emption agreements
• Promotion and overage agreements
• Property elements of corporate asset and share transactions
• Development work, including site assembly and sale of completed units
• Secured lending and real estate finance

You will manage your own caseload, supervise junior team members and contribute to the strategic growth of the department.
