Job Description:

The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of real estate law, including commercial property transactions, land development, and conveyancing. You will play a key role in managing a high-performing team while overseeing complex and diverse real estate matters, offering strategic guidance and ensuring top-tier service for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a dedicated real estate team, providing direction, mentoring, and fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Take charge of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and evolving legal frameworks to provide strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions.
  • Contribute to business development and assist in growing the real estate practice.

    • The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1 years PQE in real estate law.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
