Senior Residential Property Solicitor – This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor looking to progress their career. This highly regarded East Sussex firm with an excellent reputation in the Sussex/Kent area and beyond are now looking to recruit a further residential property Solicitor at senior level to head up their residential property team.

You will be tasked with assisting and progressively overseeing the management of the other lawyers of the property team while running your own caseload of HNW and MNW residential property transactions. The caseload includes:

• Sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Listed building legislation
• Sale & purchase of Country houses
• Mortgages

They are seeking a commercially aware solicitor who can advise on property transactions and add value to the practice. The ideal applicant will need to show willingness to go the extra mile, deliver the highest standards of client care, an approachable manner and have excellent marketing skills.
