Location: Sheffield Leading Legal 500 Practice

Salary: £45,000 - £75,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a high-quality caseload including:

  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Development projects
  • Property finance
  • Portfolio management
  • Commercial lease negotiations
    • The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and commercial transactions
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Ability to manage complex transactions independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
