One of Yorkshire’s leading law firms has a new opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join its respected and well-established Wills & Probate team in Sheffield. With an experienced group of Solicitors, Legal Executives and support staff already in place, this is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop their career in a stable and forward-thinking environment.

You’ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload of Private Client matters with full support, including:

• Drafting Wills and advising on inheritance tax and estate planning
• Administering estates from start to finish
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on Trust creation and administration

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in Private Client work
• A confident, professional approach to client care
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
