IN-HOUSE PARALEGAL - COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS

I have a great new In-House Paralegal role to support the commercial contracts team for a leading manufacturer in the surrounding Sheffield Area.

This is a first class, global, award winning firm, with a well established legal team.

• Review and draft routine commercial legal documents
• Create and maintain case files
• Facilitate the meeting of solicitors deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
• Conduct legal research

• Experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate

I have a full detailed job spec for you to look at , just send your CV in the first instance. This role is not hybrid, it is office based at least four days of the five (possibly one day WFH). You will likely need to drive to get to the offices. Space provided.
