This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional seeking high-quality work and long-term career progression within a supportive environment.This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 annum depending on experience.This role is on a Hybrid basis with lots of flexibility involved.Responsibilities as a Senior Commercial lawyer:
- Able to handle caseload in commercial law from start to completion
- Provide legal support on procurement and tendering processes
- Support on corporate transactions, partnership agreements and joint ventures where required
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in Commercial law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Hybrid working
