THE ROLEAn established and well‑regarded disputes practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team. Acting for a diverse client base including companies, shareholders, directors and investors, the team advises on significant and often multi‑jurisdictional disputes across a variety of industry sectors. You will play a key role in managing substantial and strategically important matters from initial assessment through to resolution, whether by trial, arbitration or negotiated settlement.
The role involves providing clear, commercially pragmatic advice, preparing detailed pleadings and evidence, working closely with counsel and expert witnesses, and contributing to the smooth progression of complex, multi‑party litigation. There is strong client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with senior litigators on technically demanding and high‑profile cases.
The successful candidate will have at least five years’ post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation, gained within a reputable firm.
