A well regarded regional firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established disputes team. The department handles a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters and offers high quality work within a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will manage your own varied caseload, including:

• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Contract and professional negligence claims
• Property and neighbour disputes
• Contentious probate and debt recovery

The firm is ideally looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE in commercial or civil litigation, confident running files independently and contributing to the ongoing growth of the department.
