We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Private Client Lawyer to join a respected, full-service legal practice based in Sheffield. This role sits within a collaborative team supporting a broad range of private client matters, serving individuals and families across Yorkshire and beyond.

• Wills, trusts and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Inheritance tax planning and advice
• Supporting clients through family-related legal services

You will manage your own caseload from initial advice through to conclusion, building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality legal services. The role offers hybrid working flexibility alongside a supportive team environment that values professional development.

• Advising clients on all aspects of private client law, tailored to their personal circumstances.
• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and related documentation.
• Handling probate applications and estate administration.
• Guiding clients through lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection processes.
• Building lasting relationships through strong communication and exceptional client care.

• Passionate individual with 2+ years working in a fee earning capacity with the wills & probate sector.
• Passionate about helping clients through key personal legal matters.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied caseload.
• A strong communicator, able to explain complex legal concepts clearly and compassionately.
• Someone who thrives in a team environment with hybrid working flexibility.
