A well-established and growing legal firm in Gloucestershire is currently seeking a Conveyancer / Solicitor to join its busy and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or solicitor looking for a long-term role with genuine progression and flexibility.

You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Acting for a broad range of clients including individuals, developers, and lenders
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
• Conducting title checks, searches, and reporting to clients and lenders
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
