Great Places Housing Group is seeking an Housing & Enforcement Specialist to provide expert housing law guidance and enforce tenancy and ASB cases across our Customer Services Directorate. You will manage complex caseloads, train frontline staff, and coordinate with legal services partners to prepare cases for court.
You will also advise on policy compliance, support partners, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery with a focus on value for money.
