Supply Chain Manager - Leading Drinks Business – Cornwall – Up to £60,000 plus package (open to relocation)

I am working with an exceptional drinks business that is now looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of their end-to-end supply chain. This is a senior, hands-on role with real influence, ideal for someone who enjoys building robust systems, driving efficiency, and partnering closely with commercial and finance teams.

As Supply Chain Manager, you will head up the entire supply chain function, with responsibility for procurement, material planning, operations, and financial controls
. You will ensure product availability, cost control, and operational excellence as the business continues to scale.

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager who is able to work five days per week on site.

• Lead and develop the full supply chain function, setting strategy and day-to-day execution
• Own procurement across raw materials, packaging, co-packers, and third-party suppliers
• Manage demand forecasting, material planning, and inventory to balance service levels and working capital
• Oversee operations, including production planning, logistics, and distribution
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and managing performance
• Implement and improve processes, systems, and KPIs across the supply chain
• Take ownership of supply chain financial controls, including budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to support growth and margin improvement
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply

• Proven experience in a senior supply chain role within FMCG, ideally drinks or a similar fast-moving category
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, from procurement through to delivery
• Commercially minded, with a solid understanding of financial controls and cost management
• Confident leading suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
• Experience scaling or improving supply chain operations in a growing organisation is a strong advantage
