Logistics & Operations Co-Ordinator

My client an award-winning technology company are looking for a detailed orientated individual to join their operations department. You will support the day-to-day operational backbone of the company, ensuring that products, hardware, services, and internal processes run smoothly and efficiently. In a fast-paced technology and internet environment, this role bridges logistics, vendors, internal teams, and systems to keep operations scalable, cost-effective, and reliable.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of equipment, and materials
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, couriers, and fulfilment partners
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and proactively communicate issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records across systems
• Support international shipping, customs documentation, and compliance where required

• Assist in developing, documenting, and improving operational processes
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular reports
• Help identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Support scaling operations as the business grows

• Use logistics, inventory, and ERP tools to manage operations
• Ensure data accuracy across internal systems
• Support system implementations or upgrades related to operations

• Experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or a similar role
• Experience working in a fast-growth environment preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
