Location: Home Office, Vulcan House, Millsands, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England, S3 8NU

Assist with delivery, set‑up, and takedown of furniture and equipment for meetings and events, adjust meeting rooms and furniture layouts to user requirements, undertake duties allocated through the helpdesk promptly, keep the site clean and tidy, maintain exterior buildings and clear pathways, receive heavy or large deliveries and distribute items, perform basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, plumbing, painting and decorating, observe local security measures, complete safety walks and report concerns to the Facilities Manager, and adhere to instructions from line manager or client contact.

• Previous experience in a similar role or environment, especially lifting and handling furniture and equipment.
• Customer‑service orientation and strong teamwork skills, with an energetic attitude.
• Effective communication skills and a well‑groomed professional appearance.
• Hands‑on approach, willingness to learn new tasks, and flexibility to adapt to work patterns, systems, and locations.
• Must be a British national or naturalised UK citizen, have no previous convictions, and be willing to undergo an intrusive clearance process.
