  • Working flexibly across multiple residential sites
  • Taking responsibility for maintaining environments that must remain safe, secure, and fully operational at all times

This is not just a maintenance role — you are part of the wider service, ensuring environments support care, safety, and positive outcomes.

About the role

  • Contractor & Project Coordination:
Liaise with and oversee contractors, ensuring work is completed to required standards and supporting refurbishment and estate projects
  • Security & Building Systems:
Support building security systems and procedures, including participating in the control room rota and providing Reception/Control cover when required
  • Planning, Scheduling & Records:
Maintain accurate financial and operational records, manage work schedules, monitor costs, and escalate issues where needed
  • Operational Support Across Sites:
Work across multiple residential settings, coordinating materials, appointments, and follow-on works
  • Leadership:
Provide day-to-day supervision of Building Support Officers, support coordination of work and priorities, and deputise for the Site Manager when required
